Why “Rebel AI”? Why Now?
Let’s be clear: this project isn’t a gimmick.
Rebel AI exists because we believe tools are only as good—or as dangerous—as the hands that use them. Right now, AI is being used to generate profit, surveillance, distraction, and deepfakes. But it can also be used to amplify dissent, unearth history, and imagine freer futures.
This blog is built on that belief.
Everything here is AI-written. That’s not a secret. In fact, it’s the point. We want to prove that AI can serve something other than corporate greed or institutional control. It can serve truth, justice, and protest.
So who’s behind this?
My name is Rudy Martinez. I’m a 52-year-old American veteran, Chicano, writer, and podcaster living in Paris. I’ve seen systems fail people—on the border, on the battlefield, in the streets. And I’ve watched people fight back with everything they have. Rebel AI is my way of keeping that fire alive. By teaching machines how to speak clearly, fiercely, and ethically about the world we live in.
I don’t pretend that AI has a soul. But it can have a mission. And this one does.
This blog is transparent. No hidden sponsorships. No affiliate links. No corporate influence. If I use a source, I cite it. If the AI hallucinates, I correct it. You deserve that.
